Linda M. Smith, CPA
Managing Partner
Linda graduated from Bentley College in 1986, and became Certified as a Public Accountant in 1990. After working for 7 years at a small MetroWest CPA firm, in 1993, Linda established a CPA firm which offers accounting, auditing and tax services for individuals, small businesses and nonprofit organizations. Linda manages our nonprofit accounting, auditing and tax services.

Maureen L. Sullivan, CPA
Partner
Maureen graduated from Bentley College in 1985, began her career with BDO Seidman, and became Certified in 1989. After 4 years at Seidman, Maureen worked 5 years at a South Shore CPA firm, and then worked in the private sector for approximately 8 years before returning to public accounting. Maureen manages our small business and individual accounting and tax services. Maureen joined our firm in October 2001 and was admitted as Partner in January 2009.
She is also responsible for supervising our peer review program and ensuring that our firm remains in compliance with industry-wide standards.

Sandra M. Brown, CPA
Senior
Audit Manager
Sandy graduated from the University of Oklahoma and began her career in public accounting at Price Waterhouse, where she worked in Oklahoma and Illinois from 1988 - 1992. Sandy was Certified in the
State of Oklahoma and licensed in the States of Oklahoma, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. After relocating to New Jersey, Sandy became a
Partner of a small firm, where she headed up the nonprofit accounting and auditing practice from 1994 - 1997. After taking time to raise a family, Sandy joined our firm in August 2003 as a nonprofit Audit Manager. |

Kristen King, CPA
Audit Manager Kristen graduated from Assumption College in 1987 and became Certified in 1993. Kristen spent 8 years in public accounting with the firms of McCarthy, Hargrave & Co. and Mullen & Company before establishing her own accounting and consulting practice in 1995. For approximately 12 years, Kristen operated as a consultant, part-time CFO, and tax preparer to a variety of businesses and charitable organizations. Kristen has extensive experience with nonprofit accounting and auditing engagements in addition to small business tax and consulting services. We welcomed Kristen to our firm in January 2007, where her primary focus is with nonprofit
organizations. |

Wendy Peterson, ACA, MBA
Audit Manager
Originally from the UK, Wendy received her undergraduate degree from Nottingham University in England. She received her MBA with a finance concentration from the University of Nebraska in 1993 and became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1998. Wendy’s public accounting experience includes 4 years with Grant Thornton in the UK, followed by 6 years with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in the both the UK and the US offices.. Wendy’s positions were dedicated to auditing. We were pleased to welcome Wendy to our firm in July 2005. |

Marcia Espinoza, CPT
Audit Senior Marcia graduated from Universidad Autonoma de Baja California, Mexico in 1995 and obtained the Certificate of Professional Examination in Mexico in 1997. Marcia has over 9 years of work experience with Arthur Andersen in Baja California, Mexico, Deloitte & Touche in Madrid, Spain, ValienteHernandez, currently merged with Larson Allen, LLP in Tampa, and Ernst & Young in Boston. Marcia has experience working with SEC clients, small businesses and nonprofit organizations, and is fluent in Spanish. Marcia joined our firm in June 2008. |

Sandra J. Fallow
Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and
Accounting Services Manager
Sandy graduated from Bryant College in 1984 and began her career in the private sector. In 1995, she joined the CPA firm Sansiveri, Kimball & McNamee, LLP as Controller for 5 years, before joining a high-technology company as Senior Accountant. Sandy joined our firm in March 2002, became a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and works with our small business and nonprofit clients in the matters of accounting system set-up and consulting.

Jennifer
DeVincent
Accounting Support
Jennifer graduated from Framingham State College in December 2003 and joined our firm in January 2004. In addition to small business bookkeeping support and individual, small business and nonprofit tax preparation, Jennifer formalizes all client financial reporting packages and oversees the maintenance of firm programs which track the progress and completion of all client engagements and tax filings. Jennifer also ensures that all other administrative office functions are completed in an efficient and timely manner. |
